Summary: Apartment has a bit of strange layout but property is as described. No frills but great bang for your buck. I would have loved to see a toaster in kitchen and upgraded bedding comforters and better toilet paper and carpets cleaned or replaced but it met our family’s needs.

Summary: We absolutely loved the area. There’s parks near by for the children or yourself to take walks. Location is near stores. It is a very calm and pleasant neighborhood!

Summary: The house was large with room for my husband and I and our 4 children. We had enough space for everyone and then some. It was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for all the things we wanted to do like hiking, shopping and eating.

Summary: We came from out of town for our daughter’s wedding. The location is great, and the unit was large enough to hold our big family. We enjoyed using the pool area daily. Our only complaints were about cleanliness. There was laundry in the washer and dryer, which we easily rotated. Some things were in disrepair, and some of the walls and ceilings seemed smeared with something sticky. It also looked like there was some sort of critter excrement on the basement ceiling. Overall, the important things were clean like beds and bathrooms and it turned out to be the perfect place to stay. Cleaning crew just maybe needs to be a little more detail-oriented.

Summary: We were in the area for our son's wedding. The location and the house were perfect for our needs. All wedding events and other activities we had planned were within a half-hour drive any direction. The house is an odd layout (kitchen and living/family room are on separate floors), but for a vacation rental it worked well for us, providing privacy for all and even the person sleeping in the common space. 2 playgrounds are within steps of the house (important for the 2 y.o. and her mother!) The garage/driveway arrangement can be rather challenging if you have more than one car. One has to be kept in the garage and the other behind it in the driveway. If the one in the garage needs to get out, you have to do a car "dance" to get the other out of the way. We sometimes parked at the park across the street if we knew the other car was going to need to get into the garage. Our only real challenge was that the dishwasher wasn't usable. We were there for 5 nights and had to hand wash dishes the entire time. We notified the host the first morning when we first noticed the problem, but it was a day and a half before he got back to us. He was unable to get someone to fix/replace the dishwasher, but we were not notified of that the entire time we were there. Aside from a few other minor issues (a broken kitchen drawer and a hole in one layer of the bedroom door) everything else was fine.

Summary: We stayed for 3 weeks, it was a perfect location. Home was as described. I was able to work from one of the rooms remotely without any hiccups. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Everything as described. Was great for our family to all gather. Wished the family room and kitchen had better lighting, pretty dark at night even with all the lights on. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. The host was great and easy to communicate with.

Summary: This house has a great location - walking distance from multiple parks and a nice path around the lake. Our family of 7 stayed nine nights and were quite comfortable. I had a hard time figuring out the layout of the house from the pictures, so I’ll describe it for you. The first floor has the garage, a living room with a futon, and a storage closet with extra chairs and a table. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor has a bedroom with a king bed and attached full bathroom, a small powder room with toilet and sink, and the kitchen with a table and chairs for four. The kitchen is quite dark at night - it is lit by a single bulb and the light from the hallway. We brought up a lamp from downstairs, which helped. Be sure to turn the lights on when going up and down the stairs. I couldn’t figure out why, but almost everyone in our family tripped on the stairs at least once. The third floor has a large bunk room with 2 bunk beds, a bedroom with queen bed and large closet with pack and play, a full bathroom, and a laundry closet. The host left us a garage door opener and a key card to the clubhouse and pool. We really appreciated the comfortable mattresses, pillows, and bedding. There was also a kuerig machine with pods, a couple of hair dryers, a clothes steamer, and a small air fryer. The host also provided plenty of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry and dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Lovely home
